The Creative Center at Theatre Group
(Rent Theatre New York) Theatre Group Offices located on West 37th Street not only house the administrative staff, but also one entire floor devoted solely to The Theatre Group. The Creative Center is comprised of four large rehearsal rooms which serve as rehearsal space for TG productions. The Center also includes two meeting rooms as well as two small offices. These spaces are also available for rent for rehearsals, conferences, auditions and other functions. See Floor Plan

(There is a performance on the stage and an audience in the seats. Generally these are ticketed events.)
$800 vs. 10% of net ticket sales for any use up to 8 hours including load-in and load-out
$100 per hour for any hours in excess of 8.
For events not selling tickets the flat rate will apply.
Staff costs not included.
Low Impact
(Meetings and private events that do not include a full stage production, are not promoted to the general public and have no ticket sales.)
$500 per day for maximum 4-hour use, including load-in and load-out.
$100 per hour for any hours in excess of 4.
Includes 1 technician and use of basic lights, sound and hookup to video projection.
Anticipated audience size may require House Management and ushers.
Rehearsal
$300 for maximum 4-hour use including load-in and load-out.
$75 per hour for any hours in excess of 4.
Rehearsals will be scheduled on non-peak days as much as possible, and will not be scheduled if they interfere with performances or events that would generate more income for the Theatre.
Staff costs not included.
